1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Cherubim ("we," "us," "our"), a service of UMW Digital Fantasy LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By accessing or using the Cherubim application or website at cherubimapp.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Cherubim provides AI-generated spiritual and astrological content that blends astrology with biblical archetypes and scripture. Features include archetype readings, daily sacred messages, dream interpretations, sacred signs, and compatibility ("Sacred Bonds") between users.

All readings, daily messages, interpretations, and compatibility content are provided for entertainment, reflection, and personal interest only. They are NOT professional advice of any kind — medical, legal, financial, psychological, or religious — and must not be relied upon for important life decisions. Always consult qualified professionals for matters affecting your health, finances, legal situation, or wellbeing.
4. User Accounts & Responsibilities
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to use the Service.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans (Sacred Premium monthly, Sacred Premium yearly, and a one-time Founding Member plan) are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Pricing and plan features are subject to change with reasonable notice.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to abuse the Service, attempt to scrape or reverse-engineer it, use it to harass others, transmit unlawful content, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, designs, software, and AI-generated material delivered through the Service are owned by UMW Digital Fantasy LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, UMW Digital Fantasy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
